A Moscow court has convicted 19 individuals for their roles in the March 22, 2024, terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall concert venue, resulting in 149 deaths and over 600 injuries. The Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the assault, which involved four Tajikistani gunmen who opened fire on concertgoers and set the building on fire. Of those convicted, 15 received life sentences, one was sentenced to 22.5 years, and three received nearly 20-year terms. The convicted were also ordered to pay fines ranging from approximately $6,300 to $34,000.
