A BBC Disclosure investigation has uncovered significant questions about what happened at the hotel where Charmain died.
A BBC investigation raises questions about the death of Charmain Speirs in Ghana, where her husband, prophet Eric Adusah, was the last known person to see her alive. Adusah's account of the night Charmain died omits the presence of two other men who visited her hotel room. He also claimed to have left for Accra early that morning, a meeting his contact did not corroborate. Charmain's family and friends deny Adusah's claims of her drug use and suicidal tendencies, which were cited in his release. A second post-mortem found no opioids in her hair.
