Russia's Defense Ministry reported a major Ukrainian drone attack overnight into Thursday morning, with Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin reporting that dozens of Ukrainian craft were intercepted while flying toward the capital.
Russia said on Thursday that air defences had destroyed 32 drones heading towards Moscow since the start of the day, as the country prepares for Russia’s May 9 Victory Day commemorations.
Ukrainian drones launched a massive overnight attack across Russia, reportedly striking a key military logistics facility near Moscow just days before the Kremlin’s May 9 Victory Day parade.
