Italian fashion house Giorgio Armani is considering selling a 15% stake in three equal parts to LVMH, L’Oreal, and EssilorLuxottica, as per the designer's will following his death at 91 last September.
Il Gruppo Armani sta valutando di dividere una quota del 15% in parti uguali tra L’Oreal, EssilorLuxottica e LVMH, in attuazione delle disposizioni testamentarie lasciate dal fondatore Giorgio Armani, scomparso di recente.
Secondo La Repubblica, il 15% di Giorgio Armani Spa potrebbe essere venduto destinando un paritario 5% a ciascuno di Essilux, Lvmh e L’Oreal, in linea con le volontà del fondatore Giorgio Armani.
