The Democratic Republic of Congo is set to receive over 30 deportees from the United States this week, marking the latest example of Washington using agreements with African governments to accelerate migrant removals.
The Democratic Republic of the Congo will receive third-country nationals deported from the United States under a new agreement with President Donald Trump’s administration, the government in Kinshasa said in a statement on Sunday.
