CoreWeave has entered into an expanded agreement to provide Meta Platforms with $21 billion in cloud capacity, supporting Meta's AI infrastructure needs.
CoreWeave has announced a long-term agreement with Meta Platforms, Inc. valued at approximately $21 billion to provide AI cloud capacity through December 2032.
CoreWeave shares rose 3% after the company announced a $21 billion expanded agreement with Meta Platforms to provide AI cloud capacity through December 2032.
CoreWeave has entered into an expanded agreement with OpenAI worth up to $6.5 billion, bringing the total contract value to approximately $22.4 billion.
Shares of Nebius Group soared after the company said Meta Platforms Inc. agreed to spend as much as $27 billion over the next five years for access to AI infrastructure.
