Amazon Pharmacy will offer Zepbound's KwikPen, a multi-dose tirzepatide device developed by Eli Lilly, with transparent cash-pay pricing starting at $299 per month for the 2.5 mg starter dose. Same-day delivery is available to over half of U.S. households, with plans to expand to nearly 4,500 cities and towns by the end of 2026.

Eli Lilly's Foundayo (orforglipron), the only oral GLP-1 weight loss treatment that can be taken at any time of the day with no food or water restrictions, has been approved by the US FDA for adults with obesity or who are overweight with weight-related medical problems.
