FIFA and FIFPRO signed a Memorandum of Understanding establishing a Global Social Dialogue Platform, granting FIFPRO equal input on transfer regulations, player welfare standards, and broader policy decisions in football governance.
FIFA and FIFPRO announced a cooperation agreement granting players a formal role in governance, including representation on FIFA's legal committees and a $20 million fund to address unpaid player salaries until 2031.
