Russia plans to maintain its Urals crude oil exports in March by increasing shipments to China, as India reduces purchases following a trade deal with the U.S.
Russian and Iranian oil suppliers are offering deepening discounts to attract Chinese buyers, as India cuts back on Russian crude imports and diverts more barrels toward China.
